“ "Inertiatic ESP" is the second song on The Mars Volta album, De-Loused in the Comatorium, released in 2003. "Inertiatic" in the title refers to the physical state of inertia. The ESP is a phrase created by the band itself, short for Ectopic Shapeshifting Penance-propulsion.
