Ray liked them so much that two-thirds of this original group became The Raelettes. Dorothy Jones was the sole member not to follow in that direction, and she reformed the group with two new members ("Earl-Jean" McCrae & Margaret Ross). The Cookies continued to do back-up vocals and sometimes record on their own, and some of their back-up work was legendary as when they helped Neil Sedaka on his original "Breaking Up Is Hard To Do" and Little Eva [......]
